Aggie Friends and Family Fun Run
- Description:
- Cameron University would like to invite you to our Annual Aggie Friends and Family Fun Run to help celebrate homecoming week. This year it will be a 1 Mile, 2 Mile, or a 5K Running/Walking Event around campus. This is a free event for the community of Lawton and the campus community.
Lace up your walking/running shoes and join us Saturday, February 16th at 8:00am. Start/Finish line will be at the Aggie Rec Center. To register for this event go to www.cameron.edu/homecoming
This fun run will not be a timed event. There will be no medals or awards given to the partcipants.

- Description:
- The 99th Call to Council State Meeting, United States Daughters of 1812, will be held in Lawton at the Best Western Hotel and Convention Center. These ladies come from Chapter all around Oklahoma. State President Ruth Faulkner will preside. JAcob White David Chapter of LAwton is the Host Chapter this year. Friday night we will go to Meer for these decious burgers and Sat we will have meeting. Gordon Blaker, curator /director of the Ft Sill Museum will be the guest speaker talking about the War of 1812. This year marks the 200th anniversity of the WAr of 1812. PAt Moody is the President for the Lawton Chapter

- Description:
- The Lawton Philharmonic will be presenting “I Do! I Do!” the musical, at 7:00 PM on Saturday, February 16th, 2013 at the McMahon Memorial Auditorium. Tickets are available by calling (580) 531-5043, online at lawtonphil.com or the day of the show at the McMahon Auditorium box office from 5:00 PM. The stars of the show are Jan Stratton and Troy Hamilton with the accompaniment on two pianos by Doris Lambert and Jon Kalbfleisch. Though the orchestra will not be playing, this special Valentine’s Day offering is part of the LPO’s 2012/2013 season.
