- Girl Scouts of Western Oklahoma will begin their annual cookie sale Saturday, Jan. 23, and will continue through March 7. $3.50 per box. Funds raised help local Girl Scouts attend summer camp, take part in service projects, be part of a special event and other leadership opportunities all year long. [All day event] Trail Dance Film Festival
- Description:
- The Trail Dance Film Festival is the Exhibition of Independent Films from around the world. There are various types of films including comedy, drama, horror and more. There is something to fit just about any taste in film/movies.
Trail Dance includes live entertainment and networking opportunities - in addition to the films and Q/A sessions.
Trail Dance 2010 will be held January 22-24th at the recently renovated Jack A. Maurer Convention Center (Located within the Simmons Center) and the Chisholm Trail Heritage Center (Named in April 2009 as one of the Top 10 Western Museums in the United States). The Chisholm Trail Heritage Center has just been outfitted with a new Christie HD DLP Projector and HD/Blu-Ray equipment making for an outstanding screening venue.
